At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Nineteen-E was located near latitude 15.2 North, longitude 125.9 West. The depression is moving toward the east-northeast near 14 mph (22 km/h) and an east to east-northeast motion is expected during the next day or so.
Maximum sustained winds remain near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression could become a remnant low on Thursday before dissipating Thursday night or Friday.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
